Long ago, I concluded that life itself could become an act of worship by elevating the consciousness through mindfulness. So too, can sexuality become a vehicle for personal transformation.

It seems a universal pursuit of humanity to desire more power. There is a readily available source that is, for many men, not untapped but far too frequently tapped — to the point of rendering them impotent in a mental and spiritual sense.

Porn addiction, sex addiction, and depression are all severe and widespread issues affecting men’s health. While perhaps we can’t assign causation, I feel like there is definitely a correlation between these. Still, sexual health and mental health are closely dovetailed together and overlap on many occasions.

Cards on the table, I am not an expert in this field of study; I am but a student and experimenter on myself as a subject, learning from any source possible but primarily experiential. I aim to treat and heal depression, in myself primarily but ideally for others’ benefit as well, by examining the myriad causes and trying to offer superior alternatives to what may appear…
